Welcome to Ascend Beauty Lab Affiliate Program. By signing up and participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Program Overview Our Affiliate Program is designed to reward our partners for promoting and selling our products. There are three tiers under our program:
- Dropship Affiliate: Commission Rate – 10%
- Reseller | Agent: Commission Rate – 20%
- Distributor | Stokist: Commission Rate – 35%
Affiliate Tiers and Sales Requirements
- Dropship Affiliate: Entry-level tier with a 10% commission on all sales.
- Reseller | Agent: Requires cumulative sales of $1,000 to qualify, with a 20% commission on all sales.
- Distributor | Stokist: Requires cumulative sales of $10,000 to qualify, with a 35% commission on all sales.
Once you achieve the required sales threshold, your affiliate status will be upgraded to the next tier.
Commission Payment
- Commissions are calculated based on net sales (excluding shipping fees and taxes).
- Payments will be made monthly via PayNow or Bank Transfer.
- Minimum payout threshold: $100.
Affiliate Responsibilities
- Promote Ascend Beauty Lab products in a positive and professional manner.
- Avoid any misleading claims or unethical marketing practices.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Order Fulfillment
- Ascend Beauty Lab will handle all product processing, shipping, and customer service.
- Affiliates are not permitted to represent themselves as official agents of the company beyond the scope of the affiliate relationship.
Termination and Suspension
- Ascend Beauty Lab reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account that breaches these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or harms the company's reputation.
- Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by providing written notice.
Modifications
- Ascend Beauty Lab reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes in advance.
