Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Options
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (Singapore): 2–4 business days
- Same-Day Delivery (SG only): Available for orders placed before 12 PM
- International Shipping: Currently not available. Please stay tuned for updates.
Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping: $3.90
- Free Shipping: For orders above $60 (Singapore only)
- Same-Day Delivery: $8.00 flat rate
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your parcel through the shipping provider’s portal.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrect item received
- Defective or expired upon arrival
How to Request a Return/Replacement
If you encounter any of the above issues, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item:
Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.
- Approved returns may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Cancellations
We allow cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please email us immediately at hello@ascendbeautylab.com to request cancellation.
